The Ricoh Group implements the following measures to develop information-based management.
This introduces the Ricoh Group’s vision of information security and information security management initiatives.
Our policy is to obtain certification at companies and organizations that have received requests for ISMS certification from customers and external organizations.
The Ricoh Group established common standards in March 2007 and has been promoting the full-scale deployment and entrenchment of those common standards at our Group companies since April 2007.
We conduct information security training for all employees of the Ricoh Group.

This is supported by risk assessment and internal audit processes that make full use of information technology.
