Information Disclosure Policy Regarding the European Data Act

In compliance with the European Data Act (data sharing requirement with effect from September 12, 2026), Ricoh is introducing a new feature for MFP and LP devices that will allow users to directly download data stored on the device, including the information covered by Ricoh’s information disclosure policy.

By following the explanation on the following page, you can access Web Image Monitor and use the Download Data Sent to External Destination function to download the data.

From the Web Image Monitor home screen, go to Device Management > Configuration, and select Download Data Sent to External Destination under Device Settings.
You can choose the type of data you want to download.

For the models listed below, supplementary information is available about the data that can be downloaded.

For information common to all models, please refer to Supplementary Information Common to All Models and BehavioralData_Descriptions.

For model-specific supplementary information, please check the “Products represented by the model names used in Model-Specific Supplementary Information” list below for the model name representing your product, and then refer to the information under that model name.
