Caution for Counterfeit Products

If a counterfeit product is used by mistake, the main body of the product may malfunction or quality defects may occur.

To ensure the safe and secure use of Ricoh products by our customers, Ricoh will cooperate with local subsidiaries in each country
and region in respect of counterfeit goods that infringe on trademark rights and other intellectual property rights, resolutely instituting countermeasures to eradicate such products.These countermeasures include activities at production sites and in the market to expose counterfeit goods, as well as activities at customs to prohibit the import and export of such products.
We will also take active measures against counterfeit goods on the Internet and work proactively to provide information to prevent customers from mistakenly purchasing such products.
