Ricoh Company, Ltd. announces that it has formulated the Medium-Term Management Strategy '26 for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
Under this strategy, Ricoh revised the traditional three-year planning cycle and shifted to a rolling annual update process that looks five years ahead. This change enables Ricoh to respond swiftly and flexibly to changes in the market environment, while ensuring the continued implementation of strategy-driven reforms and investments and improving the accuracy of its annual plans, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth in corporate value.
