TOKYO, October 28, 2026 – Ricoh Company, Ltd. today released the English editions of the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2026 and Ricoh Group Sustainability Report 2026, following the Sept. 8 release of the bilingual Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2026.

The three reports provide shareholders, investors and other stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of the Ricoh Group's medium- to long-term outlook, growth strategies, environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and quantitative data. Ricoh has also made available the Guide to Ricoh's Disclosure Materials, an interactive, Q&A-style tool designed to help stakeholders quickly find relevant reports and website content based on their interests. Ricoh will continue to advance timely, appropriate and proactive disclosures to deepen stakeholders' understanding of the Ricoh Group and enhance corporate value through constructive engagement.

Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2026

Marking the first year of Mid-Term Strategy '26, the 2026 edition has been enhanced in three key areas:

1. Articulating the growth story and strengthening execution

The chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief strategy officer explain the vision, growth story and commitments set out in Mid-Term Strategy '26. The report outlines Ricoh's approach to value creation and efforts to strengthen execution to achieve a return on equity (ROE) above 10%.

2. Aligning regional and business strategies to achieve ROE above 10%

Under a new matrix management structure, the report presents regional and business strategies — including key challenges and priority measures — within a cohesive narrative. It also highlights the value-creation process and business models that support medium- to long-term growth and recurring earnings.

3. Strengthening human capital and corporate governance

The human capital section features initiatives to develop and empower talent to support strategy execution. In governance, a dialogue between outside directors discusses efforts to enhance management capabilities to create corporate value, including improving board effectiveness and establishing frameworks that foster constructive discussion.

Ricoh Group Sustainability Report 2026

In addition to disclosures aligned with international standards and frameworks, the report provides a detailed overview of the ESG strategy under Mid-Term Strategy '26:

1. Aligning ESG strategy with business growth

Alongside disclosures on materiality, associated risks, opportunities and impacts, case studies illustrate how ESG initiatives contribute to corporate value and business growth.

2. Expanding disclosures in the social domain

In response to increasing customer requests, the report expands its coverage of social issues through case studies highlighting practical initiatives in accessibility and social contribution.

3. Integrating environmental and human rights approaches

The report explains an integrated approach to assessing the interrelationship between environmental and human rights issues, translating the findings into practical measures.
