Infomation Ricoh selected for inclusion in six ESG indices for Japanese equities adopted by the GPIF

TOKYO, July 30, 2025 – Ricoh announced today that it has been selected for inclusion in all six Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indices for Japanese equities adopted by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), the world's largest government pension fund.

Ricoh has also been included in the FTSE4Good Index, one of the most recognized global ESG indices, for 22 consecutive years since 2004, underscoring its long-term commitment to sustainable practices.
