Green Procurement

These standards set forth the requirements that suppliers must meet in order to achieve the goal of our Green Procurement Policy, which is: “Procure raw materials, parts, and products with low environmental impact manufactured in environmentally advanced factories.” The materials and parts to be delivered to Ricoh Group companies should be procured in compliance with these standards.

These guidelines help our suppliers establish the chemical substance management system (CMS).

We request our suppliers to declare that their products and parts contain no banned substances.
