Status of Thai production sites
October 14, 2011, Tokyo—Ricoh Company, Ltd. would like to share the following update on the status of its affiliated manufacturing sites in Thailand.
1. Ricoh Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. (RMT)
| Status: | No damage to its employees, equipment, premises | |
| Production: | Damage to some suppliers in the northern part of Thailand by the floods has affected RMT’s parts procurement. Consequently, some of RMT’s production lines are slated to stop operating on and after October 17th. RMT is looking into alternative sources of procurement from other areas including China. Overall, influence to products shipment is considered to be limited. |

| Operation since: | March, 1998 (Merged into the Ricoh Group in November, 2006) |
