Ricoh receives its first Asia Integrated Reporting Awards 2023

Established in 2015 as a non-profit initiative aimed at recognizing and promoting excellence in integrated reporting, AIRA serves as an annual platform for organizations to demonstrate their commitment to value creation for shareholders and others. Dedicated to honor reports that demonstrate exemplary commitment to integrated reporting excellence such as transparency, integrated thinking and value creation, winning reports were selected through a multi-layerd evaluation process by an independent panel. Leading companies from fourteen countries, including Ricoh, submitted their entries for the 2023 AIRA.

The Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2023 highlights Ricoh's 21st Mid-term Management Strategy, the three-year initiative to execute Ricoh's transformation into a digital services company that empowers workers' creativity by remaining close to customers. It also introduces new management structure since April 2023 and its value creation through aligning business growth and ESG, which enhance and improve Ricoh's disclosure.

The report has actively been used in Ricoh's dialogue with institutional investors and other stakeholders. In addition to AIRA, it has received the Award for Excellence at the NIKKEI Integrated Report Award 2022 and 2023, and been selected as “Excellent Integrated Report” for five consecutive years by the Government Pension Investment Fund's external asset managers.
