- What is the main factor behind the revision of outlook for the fiscal year?
- A1.
- The main reason is shortage of new color MFPs in the first half of fiscal year. Since problems on the manufacturing side have been solved, we are now speeding up back-order recovery. Although on the sales side new orders arrive constantly, we forecast that we will not be able to stick to the original plan.

- How about the effect of a rise in consumption tax rate in Japan?
- A2.
- Basically a rise in consumption tax seldom has much effect. In part consumables such as printer cartridges tend to move up the demand.
We forecast any financial impact will be small.
