Q1.	Considering FY2010/03 Q4 results, is the FY2011/03 forecast too conservative?
A1.	Based on several economic growth forecasts, we do not think demand will have fully recovered during this period. Our forecast for FY2011/03 also takes other risks such as forex into consideration.

Q2.	What are you going to do for structural reforms this year?
A2.	We will continue to optimize our operational efficiency and shift human resources to new businesses.

Q3.	Why did printer sales increase?
A3.	We have been trying to grow the printer business as well as the copier business strategically, and this was the result.

Q4.	Do you feel that the demand for MFP hardware has started to recover?
A4.	We expect demand will recover gradually in FY2011.
