HOUSTON (SpaceCom2017, Booth 420), December 1, 2017 - Ricoh will showcase “360 degrees camera module” which utilizes RICOH THETA's original fully spherical imaging technology at the booth of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) in SpaceCom 2017 held at George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston, USA from December 5 through 7.
“360 degrees camera module” targeting usage in robots, driverless construction machine will be showcased. Combining with the cloud API will enable IoT based solution.
The RICOH THETA series high-end model, a camera that can shoot 360-degree spherical images in a single shot. In addition to shooting high quality still images, 4K 360-degree video shooting, immersive spatial audio recording, and high-speed transfer as a high-end model are featured.
