Service Availability

Definition of downtime

Downtime is defined as "There is a user or users who cannot hold a meeting due to a failure of the platform used as the foundation of the RICOH UCS system's service operation infrastructure".

  • *Service performance without interruption is assumed if, at the very least, conditions allow for meetings to be held even if some functions (such as updating addressbooks) are limited.
