Ricoh Company, Ltd. has been named a “market leader” in enterprise Managed Print Services(MPS) in a new industry report from Quocirca entitled “Vendor Landscape: Managed Print Services.”
Quocirca, headquartered in the UK, describes market leaders as vendors that “lead the market in both strategic vision and depth of service offering. Leaders have made significant investments in their service portfolio and infrastructure and are supported by strong delivery capabilities.” On a one-to-five scale, with 5 signifying very strong, Ricoh scored a 4.67 in market presence and a 4.75 in completeness of offering according to the report.
Ricoh’s MPS are part of its Managed Document Services (MDS) business, which goes beyond MPS to address broad information management issues such as cost control, environmental sustainability, information security and governance, business process efficiency, organizational change management, information worker (iWorker) productivity, information optimization and strategic infrastructure.
