Global Policy for Social Contribution Activities

The Ricoh Group is “committed to providing excellence to improve the quality of living and to drive sustainability,” as described in its mission statement, guided by the founding principles stated as: “Love your neighbor, love your country, love your work” (The Spirit of Three Loves). With this mission in mind, we conduct business activities based on the basic management policy of solving social issues through business, setting the five Priority Areas (Materiality)―intelligence creation, productivity enhancement, QOL enhancement, zero-carbon society, and circular economy―and aiming to help achieve the SDGs. Our social contribution activities also focus on the five Priority Areas. And to maximize the effects of our contributions toward solving challenges, we have set fundamental principles on social contribution by which all Group companies around the world abide. Under these principles, individual Group companies are implementing measures by leveraging the Group’s strengths, including human and other resources.
