Files and folders errors

Network error occurred. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then try again.

  • The smart device is not connected to the Internet. Check the network environment, and then try again.

  • One of the following operations was performed while the required cloud service was unavailable:

    • A folder was created

    • The name of a folder or file was changed

    • A folder or file was deleted

    • A file was saved

    • A file was obtained

    • A file was searched for

    • A file was selected
