Scanner errors

The format of the address of the registered mail is incorrect. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then register it with the correct format.

An error occurs if an e-mail address:

  • Includes characters other than single-byte characters

  • Is not in the form of a "string" or "string1@string2"

Make the format of an e-mail address correct. See List of Scan Setting Items in this manual.
