Statement regarding media coverage of Ricoh selling two subsidiary companies

TOKYO, June 9, 2017 –Today, a Japanese media outlet reported that Ricoh is selling two of its subsidiary companies, the logistics and semiconductor businesses.

Ricoh is reviewing and executing many activities to reform our structure and further grow our business, but it is not true that we have made any decision on selling these companies.
