Please note that the manufacturer bears no responsibility, for whatever reason, if it is not possible to store data on the machine for any reason.
    • In no event will the manufacturer be responsible for any documents created by you using this product or any results from the data executed by you.
    • Make sure that you always copy or have backups of important documents or data. Documents or data might be erased due to your operational errors or malfunctions of the machine. Also, you are responsible for taking protective measures against computer viruses, worms, and other harmful software.
  • Notes for Handling the Machine
    • This machine is precision equipment. Data may be lost due to sudden malfunctions of the machine. Make sure to regularly backup any important data stored on the machine.
    • Even if you format a hard disk or delete data in an operating system, you cannot erase the data on the hard disk completely. The data still exists on the hard disk, and it can be restored and reused by using special software. To avoid the risk of leaking data, we recommend that you use a hard drive data eraser service or software. In addition, if you give someone your hard disk without erasing software, such as an operation system or an application, you may be in breach of the software license agreement.
    • Do not turn off the machine or the external hard disk while the machine is operating. Doing so may result in malfunctions or data loss.
    • When turning off the power, follow the proper procedures. For details about how to turn off the power, see "Turning Off the Main Power", Operation Guide .
    • Avoid exerting strong impact to the machine. Doing so may damage the hard disk and data may be lost.
