Edward Warren, the first intern in the Believe in a Better Way program.

The Believe in a Better Way Program of Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd. (RAP) is a natural extension of the company’s ongoing support of people with disabilities through organizations such as Sunnyfield and Arranounbai School. Its aim is to provide high school graduates with disabilities an opportunity to join the workforce and learn employment skills in a supportive corporate environment. The program consists of an unpaid internship of three to six months and a 12-month traineeship that, upon completion, qualifies the candidate to apply for a position within RAP. Edward Warren is the first person to participate in this program. Having graduated from Arranounbai School last year after completing his Higher School Certificate, Mr. Warren began his internship in January with the marketing team at RAP’s head office in Sydney.
