Running on the Apple iPad, RICOH TAMAGO Presenter allows you to hold meetings and presentations without using wasteful paper.
With TAMAGO Presenter, meeting materials can be shared among the participants on their iPads. This means, you don't have to distribute printed materials any more! Page synchronization and page zooming are also useful features.

Two View modes Are Available:
TAMAGO Presenter supports two different view modes: Share (synchronous) mode and Local (asynchronous) mode.
In Share mode, when the presenter flicks through pages, your iPad will display the same page as the presenter.
Choose Share mode if you want to see the same pages as the meeting presenter, and choose Local mode if you want to see different pages than the presenter. In this way, you are free to open any pages as you would with printed materials.

TAMAGO Presenter provides various features.
Select desired options suitable for your presentation or discussion.
Handwritten Note
Using the Note function, you can add text on the displayed page.
When in Share mode, the handwritten note will be shared with all the participants. When in Local mode, the handwritten note can be used as your private memo. The added notes can be saved with the original document when you leave the meeting.
Switching Presenter/ Presenter Lock
By clicking the Presenter button, any participant can become the presenter of the meeting.
When the Presenter Lock is set to "on," nobody can become the presenter except the meeting owner.

You can add additonal documents during the meeting, regardless of whether you are the owner of the meeting or a participant.

When there is more than one document in a meeting, they can be displayed in thumbnail view. You also can display all pages of a document in thumbnail view.

Wireless Connection with Ricoh Projector
If you have a Ricoh projector, you can connect it without cables and show the material page on a big screen.
The page displayed on the projector is automatically synchronized with the presenter's page.

With a Wi-Fi network connection, you can participate in an existing meeting any time. Just run TAMAGO Presenter and select the meeting you want to participate in.
