When using RICOH Smart Presenter for meetings, do you run into trouble like this?
“I can't see the meeting materials from the meeting at my PC easily...”

Add notes to the meeting materials. → Select "Export Local Notes" and export your document to iBooks.
→ Connect your iPad to your PC.→ Synchronize book in iTunes.→ Copy your document to your PC on iTunes.

With fewer steps, you can save meeting materials to a shared folder on your PC.
After adding notes to meeting materials on Presenter, you only need to select the InOut Tool as a destination of "Export Local Notes".
While you are in the meeting itself, you can save the meeting materials to your PC with a few simple operations.
No server setup is required.
As a result,
・After the meeting is over, you can review the meeting documents on your PC as soon as you return to your desk.
・You can immediately return a commonly shared iPad.

Network Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) - IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n (Determined depending on the iPad Wi-Fi connection environment)

Supported authentication method NTLM Authentication
Notes: When using multiple iPads, saving a file with the same name in the same shared folder at the same time may result in the file being damaged.
A file will be saved even if the file size is larger than the free space of the destination folder, and a corrupted file will be generated.
Please be conscious of the free space on the device.

How to use

1.Set up a shared folder on your PC. Make this folder accessible over the network. For the settings of your shared folder, please follow the instructions of your PC and OS.
NOTE: The shared folder that is to be accessed with this application must be NTLM authenticated.
2.After the paperless meeting using Smart Presenter, save the meeting materials.

3.Select "New Connection" and enter the connection settings to access the shared folder. After all information has been entered, press the [Connect] button.

This entered information will be saved after the connection automatically, so that they will not need to be entered for access next time.

For example, when you use a shared iPad, if you do not want to save the connection settings, turn "Save connection settings" off.

You can set the number of storable connection settings between 0 to 5 in [Settings].

4.Select a subfolder to save to. And tap the [Save] button.

Ricoh fully supports the use of InOut Tool with Smart Presenter.
Other configurations with third party tools are not supported.
