On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [Whiteboard].
Tap [Save to File].
Confirm the method to connect to the whiteboard.
Connect with NFC
When using the NFC to connect to the machine, check that [Connect with NFC] is displayed in the upper part of the screen. If a different message is displayed, tap [], select [Connect with NFC], and then return to the previous screen.
Connect with QR Code
When using the QR code to connect to the machine, check that [Connect with QR Code] is displayed in the upper part of the screen. If a different message is displayed, tap [], select [Connect with QR Code], and then return to the previous screen.
Connect Machines on Same Network
When connecting to the Whiteboard that is on the same network, the name of the Whiteboard is displayed on the upper part of the screen. If a different message is displayed, tap [], and then select the whiteboard from the list under [Connect Machines on Same Network]. If the Whiteboard you prefer is not on the list, tap [Add Machine], and then add the Whiteboard by reading its QR code or directly entering its IP address or host name.
Save or print the file.
To capture the whiteboard screen, tap [Saving Destination] and specify a location to save the file.
To print the whiteboard screen on the MFP, tap [Saving Destination] and select [Print with MFP]. Printed screen images are not saved in the smart device.
Connect to the whiteboard.
When using the NFC to connect to the whiteboard
Enter the passcode that is displayed on the upper part of the whiteboard screen.
Tap NFC or hold the smart device over the NFC icon to add the machine.
When the passcode is not displayed on the whiteboard, touch the [] icon on the whiteboard to display the password.
When using the QR code to connect to the whiteboard
Touch [] that is displayed on the whiteboard screen, and then touch [Use QR Code] to display the QR code on the whiteboard.
Read the QR code with the camera of the smart device.
When connecting to a Whiteboard on the same network
Tap [Start].
When [Print with MFP] is selected in [Saving Destination], specify how to connect with the device that will be used for printing, and then print the file.
