Troubleshooting / Failure diagnosis

[Symptom]

  • Some spots are found in a captured image.

[Solution]

Check the front of the camera lens.
If there are some dust or dirt on the surface of the lens, turn off the camera once, and clean the lens with the following method.
* Please never touch it directly with your fingers.
  • Use a blower (available in a store) to blow it off.
  • Wipe off with a soft, dry cloth.

After the care, try taking a picture again and check the picture.

For the details on how to care a camera, or on camera operations, please consult your Camera User Guide.
