[Question] Can I change a shutter speed manually?

Yes. You can set a shutter speed manually with the Mode Dial to "M" (Manual exposure mode.)
If you set a shutter speed you want, you can take a picture with the shutter speed and the F value that is set at your setting the shutter speed.
You can choose a shutter speed from the following values.
