QUESTION

I can play the disc in a camcorder used to record, but I cannot play the disc in other DVD players.

ANSWER

The disc might not be finalized by the camcorder used to record. Finalizing can be checked by setting the disc in the camcorder. Please refer to the camcorder manual for the detail.
