RICOH Pro 8120S

The RICOH Pro 8100 Series of production printers boast excellent productivity with a continuous copying speed of 135 pages per minute with A4 landscape size (RICOH Pro 8120S model). The printers also feature improved accurate duplex registration, broad paper support, and excellent environmental performance.

GR

The GR is the latest model in the GR series of high-end compact digital cameras, first launched in October 2005 and highlighting superb image quality in a portable design. The GR features a newly designed lens to assure exceptional image rendering. It also combines a new APS-C-size CMOS image ensor(with approximately 16.2 effective megapixels), a GRENGINE V high-performance imaging engine and an anti-aliasing filter-less design to achieve further advances in image quality.

The two products described above were not only recognized for their superior originality and innovation in design but also comprehensively evaluated on functional aspects, including ease of use, quality, and environmental friendliness.

iF Communication Design Award 2014

- RICOH THETA Fully Spherical Camera (Released October 2013 in Japan)

RICOH THETA

The RICOH THETA is the world's first(*1) imaging device to capture fully spherical scenes surrounding the photographer with a single shutter release. Captured images can be viewed on a smartphone using a dedicated free application, making it a visual communication tool that allows images to be easily shared on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. The RICOH THETA was not only evaluated based on its design, but also other aspects such as its originality and innovative quality in pursuing a new visual experience as well as its ability to expand communications.

(*1) Among consumer products in terms of the ability to capture the entire space surrounding the photographer in a single shot, rather than just in the horizontal direction or a half-sphere (As of January 2014, based on RICOH research)
