CUPERTINO, Calif., September 30, 2009—Ricoh Company, Ltd., a global leader in digital office solutions, today announced the general availability of the “quanp.on 2.2” upgrade for its visual online service “quanp.” The upgraded Windows client combines a centralized taglist with its signature visual search features to help users quickly and easily organize their digital life memories (photos, videos, documents) in the cloud. quanp has also added features and updates to its browser interface, known as “quanp.net.” The new features have prioritized user feedback collected during beta testing. The quanp beta is now being, at the same time, expanding to more testers residing in the US.

“Nowadays, people produce tons of their own fun photos and videos, practically daily. But how do you keep track of it all? A little here, a little there. That means you're not as organized as you need to be. quanp answers that problem,” said Sho Harada, senior manager of quanp. “With quanp.on 2.2, visual online search is combined with the power of tags as well as a whole host of new and improved features for organizing all your digital life memories. Why not try out the beta? It's free, and we'd love your feedback.”
