How "RICOH Printer for Green Project" Works

When you purchase SP 210 series printer or GELJET printer*, RICOH will donate part of your money to conserve forests and wildlife at 3 locations world-wide. Purchasing our printers will help forests, wildlife and local people, and will lead to improvement for our future generations.

Project Activities

Main Project Activities for the first 3 years are:

  • Planting trees in damaged forests to help them recover

  • Offering educations to local people to acknowledge on their environment

  • Offering energy efficient oven which requires less wood to cook and emits less in-house smoke

Our target for 2nd year until August 2016 is to
- Plant 4,500 trees in Brazil and Philippines
- Create one hectare garden for onion, tomato etc in Burkina Faso
- Offer environmental educations to local people in all project sites
