Silver Award Granted to Aficio MP C1500 in EPIF 2006
Silver Award was granted to Aficio MP C1500 digital multifunctional copier in the EPIF 2006 Eco-Awards ceremony at the Eco-Products International Fair (EPIF) 2006, which was held in Singapore between October 31 and November 2. Ricoh was the only office equipment-related company to receive an award.
Positive daily efforts for environmental social contribution activities at Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (RA) were highly appreciated, as was the energy-saving performance of the Aficio MP C1500, resulting in the receiving of the award.
At the commendation ceremony held on the first day, Singapore’s Minister of State for Trade and Industry commended the awards and gave a speech. He also praised Ricoh’s sustainable environmental management and recommended attending the lecture given the next day by Mr. Sakai, CEVP of Ricoh.
