RICOH e-Sharing Box

Q:Is there a way to reduce the amount of paper documents used in meetings? A:Participants can use their smart devices to view documents, enabling meetings to go paperless with no loss of convenience. No more paper handouts!

Presentations can be easily delivered and viewed on smart devices

The file you are viewing in DocsConnect can be wirelessly projected using a networked projector.

  • Note:If you need to deliver a smart-device presentation outside of the office, or on a projector that is not networked, you can do so using a VGA connector.
