QUESTION

I am using 8x speed DVD disc but the writing speed do not reach 8x.

ANSWER

Your drive needs to support 8x writing in order to write by 8x. Also, a firmware or a writing software update might be reqired. Please contact your drive manufacture or your software supplier for a detail.

* Firmware is a program which controls the drive already stored in the Flash ROM of your drive when it is shipped from the factory.
