No, you can not use it on any Macintosh machines, including the new Mac mini and any new Mac with Intel Core Duo.

Ensure that your computer uses one of the following Windows environments:
Windows 98 SE (except Windows 98), Windows Me,
Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack 4), or
Windows XP Home Edition/Professional (Service Pack 1a/Service Pack 2)
