ANSWER

- A hardware drive that supports CD-R media read and write operations (except NEC ND-5100A)
- One of the following OS environments is needed:
Windows 98 SE (except Windows 98), Windows ME,
Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack 4), or Windows XP Home Edition/Professional (Service Pack 1a, Service Pack 2)
