What is the difference between 'For Data' and 'For Video' ?

[For Data]
'For Data' is a disc primarily used for writing in with a drive installed in a PC.

[For Video]
'For Video' is a disc primarily used for recording with a personal video recorder.

But, actually, there is no difference between 'For Data' and 'For Video' discs.
