Ricoh Women’s British Open

Ricoh to sponsor one of the world’s four Majors in Women's Golf


It gives us great pleasure to announce that Ricoh will once gain be the title sponsor for this year’s prestigious Women’s British Open. Boasting the most international field of any women's golf event, the 2008 Women’s British Open will be played over one of Britain's most famous golf courses at Sunningdale, 31 July – 3 August. With a prize fund of over £1 million, the championship promises to be one of the highlights on the 2008 sporting calendar.

The Women’s British Open was established by the Ladies’ Golf Union in 1976, and was designated as one of the four major championships in 2001.
