To ensure that we are able to provide leading-edge products and services to customers around the world, we have built a global network stretching across some 200 countries and established R D hubs in Japan, the United States, China, and India. From these hubs we pursue the development of technologies attuned to local market characteristics as well as those in harmony with globally strategic technologies. Technology centers and printing innovation centers all over the world act as a direct channel to customer comments, and the feedback received goes into subsequent product development. In sales and services, we maintain regional headquarters in Japan, the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. We also utilize four global production hubs and have established a MB&R (Modular Build & Replenishment) production system that can achieve the most inexpensive and efficient production as possible and promptly meet the needs of the customers from a location near them.

@Remote is Ricoh’s original system for remote monitoring of customer devices via the Internet. It tracks the status of multifunction printers, laser printers and other devices in use in real time and, as necessary, promptly provides services such as remote checks, replenishment of supplies, and the dispatching of maintenance personnel. It also ensures the prevention of malfunctions while shortening or eliminating downtime. We offer @Remote globally so that customers can use their equipment with confidence at all times.
