Step. 1 Selecting a sample group

Ordering procedures for samples consist of steps 1 through 4. Since the types and the number
of samples you can order are limited, be sure to read the explanations on each page.

| Only residents in North and South America may order samples
using this ordering system. Note that the number of samples you can order is limited. |
|
|
| In regards to Voltage Regulator, Voltage Detector and DC/DC
Converter, you can order up to two types (maximum five samples per type) for the three-product groups.
For the Real Time Clock, you can order one type (maximum three samples per type). |

| Ordering samples uses a cookie. Set your browser to accept
a cookie (default setting is to accept cookies.) |

| To correct or cancel selected samples, close and re-start
your browser. |
