Sample Order System

Ordering procedures for samples consist of steps 1 through 4. Since the types and the number of samples you can order are limited, be sure to read the explanations on each page.

Only residents in North and South America may order samples using this ordering system. Note that the number of samples you can order is limited.

In regards to Voltage Regulator, Voltage Detector and DC/DC Converter, you can order up to two types (maximum five samples per type) for the three-product groups. For the Real Time Clock, you can order one type (maximum three samples per type).

Ordering samples uses a cookie. Set your browser to accept a cookie (default setting is to accept cookies.)

To correct or cancel selected samples, close and re-start your browser.
