Lead (Pb) Free Information

All of the Lead-free products comply with RoHS Directive.

We have attained compliance to RoHS directive by introducing lead-free^*.

After Apr. 1, 2006, we will ship out the lead free products only. Thus, all products that will be shipped from now on comply with RoHS Directive.

Lead-free products provided from Ricoh compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment(RoHS-directive).

* ASSP:

to add "P" basically in the end of each part number (continues from "P" in alphabetical order)

Reflow profile for Lead (Pb) free products

We have already qualified to mount Power Management IC and Real Time Clock under same suggested reflow profile as for Lead (Pb) products, except CSP products.
